- Manufacture of individual insoles

Individual orthopedic insoles

These are individual insteps that rotate the foot in the correct position. Orthopedic insoles can be called a kind of "regulating corset" for the foot. Those muscles that suffer from overexertion relax, and those that do not work, on the contrary, are toned.

The production of insoles must be individual. In our clinic, an orthopedist diagnoses the foot on a plantograph, after which measurements are made and, depending on the specific deviation of the foot, a person's weight, the condition of his spine and other features of the body, individual insoles are made.

In which cases are individual orthopedic insoles shown?

Primarily, orthopedic insoles are needed for diseases associated with foot disorders. Similar diagnoses are given to people of all ages.

In addition, individual insoles should be worn by those at risk. Orthopedic insoles of individual production, meet all the necessary modern requirements, taking into account the anatomical features and the necessary correction of all the arches of the foot. This radically distinguishes individual insoles from those made industrially based on the average patient with average pathology.

Simulation of an individual supinator is performed directly on the patient's foot. Individual insoles are made, the patient can wear them immediately, and if necessary, the orthopedist will make additional correction.

Basic principles of individual orthopedic insoles:

  • with flat feet
  • after a fracture of the tibia or fibula to prevent flat feet.
  • prevention of pathological conditions of the musculoskeletal system
  • reducing the strain on the spine, hip, knee and ankle joints.

Indications for wearing individual orthopedic insoles:

  • valgus deviation of the first toe ("bumps on the feet", "hallux valgus")
  • pain in the foot, ankle, knee, hip, back.

Many believe that orthopedic insoles are needed only by sick people. However, our many years of experience confirm otherwise: orthopedic insoles are necessary for the prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Orthopedic insoles help to relieve pain in the legs during long and tiring walks, and most importantly - to reduce the burden on your spine, and thus maximize its safety and your overall health.

Manufacture of individual orthopedic insoles: how it works:

After medical correction of the most significant dysfunctions of the body and special treatment of the feet (1-2 sessions), the podiatrist puts in your shoes supine blanks and heats them with a thermal machine to 75 degrees Celsius. You put on shoes with heated supinators on your feet, then your feet are given the correct, anatomically neutral position, after which the heated insteps are literally "sculpted" on your foot with the help of special techniques. You can go home already in individually made for you personally medical insoles-supinators.

Individual insteps can be easily transferred from one pair of shoes to another, provided that their inner surface is similar (for example, from one pair in a casual style to another, or from one pair of sneakers to another). They have a very large margin of safety, about 3-5 years, so they will definitely survive the shoes.

As individual orthopedic insoles cause a strong restructuring of the skeleton and all body systems, it is recommended to start wearing 2-3 hours a day, adding an hour every day.

Already during the first week you will find significant relief when staying on your feet for a long time, for example when traveling by car or during the working day. It will also reduce fatigue and swelling in the legs, increase strength and energy.

Flatfoot is a change in the shape of the foot, characterized by the omission of its longitudinal and transverse arches.

There are transverse and longitudinal flat feet, as well as a possible combination of both forms. Transverse flatfoot in combination with other deformations is 55.23%, longitudinal flatfoot in combination with other foot deformities - 29.3%.

Rules for wearing and caring for individual orthopedic insoles.

Orthopedic insoles are made of natural safe materials - leather, cotton, wool, plastic inserts and special latex rubber.

Insoles reduce shock and weight loads on the foot and spine, maintain anatomically correct foot position. They are placed in the shoes so that the heel of the instep rests against the back of the shoe, and the floorthe insertion of the inserts coincided with the anatomical arches of the foot.

When wearing orthopedic insoles for the first 3-5 days, you may experience discomfort associated with "weaning" the foot from the proper functioning of the arches. After a short time the discomfort disappears.

In case of contamination, individual orthopedic insoles are washed with warm soapy water and dried without the use of heating devices. At high water temperatures or drying near heating devices, the insteps lose their shape and elastic properties. The effect of their use is significantly reduced.
